Gerald "Gerry" Russell has 49 years of diversified appraisal experience in condemnation and mortgage lending valuation. He has gained this experience in both governmental and private sectors, dealing with a diverse number of appraisal and consulting assignments. Mr. Russell graduated from the University of Akron, Ohio, with a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration-Marketing in 1965. He has taken a number of appraisal related courses and seminars from the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. Mr. Russell has been associated with Realty Appraisal since 1984 and is currently President of the firm. Mr. Russell has been qualified as an expert witness, and has testified for public as well as private clients. He is active in community affairs and is a graduate of Leadership Manatee, a community leadership training program. Mr. Russell has also been active in the local Appraisal Institute Chapter, chairing the Education Committee in 1986-1987. Mr. Russell is licensed as a Broker in the State of Florida, State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser #RZ1616.

Melody has been with Realty Appraisal since January of 2015. She has had many years experience working in the customer service field. She worked with AT&T for over 25 years in various positions and with Peyton Bolin Attorneys at law. She will always handle our clients in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
